One of the best qualities to look for and find in a realtor is one that will treat you like family, Jack is that type of person. Jack is the consummate realtor. He walked us through every step of the sales transaction never ceasing to communicate with us constantly! When confronted with an issue, he recommends good solutions and believe it or not, it worked! Our initial sales contract fell apart on the "12th hour" on account of the other party. Jack was so positive that he got us a 2nd contract within a few days. And this contract CLOSED very quickly! This was not an easy task as he was representing us on a 4-unit owner occupied property. This review is LONG OVERDUE but I'd like to say without Skye my family and I would not have a home right now. I came to Skye mid December 2023 looking to close on a home by early February 2024. I was living in California at the time and Skye was able to work with me on finding a few properties early so I could come out to Reno to tour in a day.
